b. Payment
You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes incurred by you or anyone using your account. We are not responsible for any charges or fees applied by your bank or credit card company.

c. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our courses, CV preparation services, and downloadable digital products (PDFs), all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a course is accessed, a service is initiated, or a digital product is downloaded, it cannot be returned. We encourage you to carefully review course descriptions, previews, and any available information before making a purchase. In exceptional circumstances, such as technical issues preventing access to a purchased product that cannot be resolved, please contact us at info@luxurywingsacademy.com to discuss your situation.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Luxury Wings Academy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services and purchased content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. This license does not permit you to:
