Hello and welcome. I’m truly delighted to have you here with me on this beautiful journey into the world of luxury tea and coffee service. Before we begin, allow me to share a little about who I am and why I’ve created this course just for you.
My name is Vasiliki Gounari, and I am a certified tea master by the International Tea Masters Association. I’ve spent years studying tea culture across China and Japan, and for the last nine years, I’ve had the honor of serving as a VIP flight attendant on private jets around the world.
These two worlds fine beverage service and private aviation come together in this course. This is where tradition meets luxury, and where attention to detail creates unforgettable guest experiences at 40,000 feet.
Tea is not just a beverage. It’s a symbol of refinement, peace, and presence. It’s a language of hospitality. And when served beautifully, it leaves a lasting impression on even the most seasoned travelers.
Coffee service on board is no longer basic , it’s expected to be bespoke. With this training, you’ll never again feel unsure when a guest requests a macchiato at midnight or an Ethiopian roast after takeoff.
Too often, I’ve seen flight attendants feel embarrassed when asked about tea or coffee. The reality is: our guests are often very knowledgeable and they expect service that reflects that.
This course is here to empower you with knowledge, technique, confidence, and luxury finesse. Whether you’re brewing Sencha or serving single-origin espresso, you’ll do it with ease, grace, and complete understanding.
